  • About Tangent Property Management

    Tangent Property Management is one of the few Portland-area management companies that specializes in the management of small to mid-sized, multifamily properties throughout Greater Portland, including Milwaukie, Multnomah County, Clackamas County, Gladstone and Clackamas. Behind the success of Tangent are Craig Levie and Ann-Marie Lundberg, who utilize their 15 years’ experience in the Greater Portland residential market to provide a level of first-hand knowledge and support that are the foundation of a long-term partnership with both owners and tenants.

    How does Tangent manage properties?

    Not every relationship is a perfect match. We're the first to admit it, which is why we get to know our potential clients before entering an agreement. This gives owners the opportunity to see how we work, while it provides us a chance to determine if we have the appropriate skill set to meet your short and long-term goals.

    At the core of our approach is communication. We employ open communication with both owners and tenants to ensure that issues are addressed and goals are met.     • NW Quimby St. Plex

      This building was built in 1960 and has a mid-century modern vibe. There are three 2-bedroom apartments and two 1-bedroom apartments, all with outdoor space, dishwashers, washer/dryer and one of the best locations in NW Portland. The building is close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. All the 2-bedroom units have views of the Fremont Bridge, beautiful hardwood floors and off street parking. The 1-bedroom units are in beautiful condition with good storage and brand new kitchens.

    • 2360 NW Glisan St.

      This building was built in 1908 and is a true Portland Classic. It is located within walking distance of everything; NW 23rd Ave. is a half a block away, Trader Joe’s is right down the street, the MAX Line, bus and streetcar are all right there. There are four 2-bedroom units, all remodeled with dishwashers and wood floors. There is additional locked storage in the basement as well as on-site washer/dryer. The building exudes charm and character and provides the quintessential Portland experience.

    • Ann-Marie Lundberg

      Ann-Marie has managed residential properties for 15 years. She has extensive experience improving older buildings in order to maximize the return for owners. With her experience in the field, Ann-Marie serves as the initial point of contact for prospective tenants and owners. Ann-Marie is a graduate of Lewis & Clark College and has resided in Portland for 25 years.

    • Craig Levie

      Craig has a broad business background including working in operations for a national railroad, in addition to being a small business owner. Craig utilizes this knowledge as the primary contact for all maintenance items and concerns. His planning expertise assists owners in maintaining high standards for their investment properties.

    • Joyce Williams
      Office Manager

      Joyce is Tangent’s property manager software expert, and provides our firm with the expertise and organization necessary to do our job well and to ensure that we meet all requirements for proper documentation. As a lifelong renter, Joyce also brings a helpful perspective - as primary point of contact for tenants - when dealing with tenant issues.
